1. Service Description

Peace of Mind is a content filtering application developed by SNAC AI LLC ("we," "us," "our"). The service provides browser-based content filtering, image classification, text analysis, and recovery support tools for users seeking to restrict access to explicit online content.

2. Subscription Terms

Peace of Mind is available as a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly ($24.99/month) or annually ($179.99/year), depending on the plan you select.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed through Apple App Store (iOS), Google Play Store (Android), or Stripe (web/Chrome extension), depending on your platform.
• Price changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until their next renewal after the notice period.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Peace of Mind → Cancel
• Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions → Peace of Mind → Cancel
• Chrome extension (Stripe): Through the subscription management link in your receipt email, or by contacting admin@snacai.net

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then.

4. Refund Policy

• Apple App Store purchases: Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
• Google Play purchases: Refunds are handled by Google per their refund policy.
• Stripe (web) purchases: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing admin@snacai.net. Refunds after 7 days are issued at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application
• Circumvent or disable any content filtering features for the purpose of accessing restricted content
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

6. Content Filtering Disclaimer

Peace of Mind uses multiple layers of content filtering including domain blocking, text analysis, and AI image classification. While we strive for comprehensive protection, no content filter is 100% accurate. We do not guarantee that all explicit content will be blocked, nor that all blocked content is explicit. False positives and false negatives may occur.

7. Privacy

All content filtering runs on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store your browsing data, images, or page content. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Peace of Mind is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SNAC AI LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to exposure to content that was not blocked by the filter.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
